About Shipping

Shipping method

Delivery will be via Sagawa Express (some deliveries will be via Yamato Transport).

Shipping Fee

Nationwide flat rate: 1,100 yen
*Hokkaido and Okinawa are 2,200 yen flat rate

Free shipping for purchases totaling 22,000 yen or more

*If you choose cash on delivery, a separate cash on delivery fee (starting from 324 yen) will be required in addition to the shipping fee.
*Please note that we will use recycled packaging materials and cardboard boxes for shipping.

Delivery days

Once your order is confirmed, it will usually be shipped within 7 days.
Delivery will be via Sagawa Express (Yu-Pack cash on delivery).
We will contact you if there are any unexpected shortages.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

Unfortunately, as a general rule we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of products, so please make sure there are no mistakes before completing your order.

*In special cases, we may accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, but the shipping and handling fees incurred in such cases will be borne by the customer.

If the product is defective or different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 3 business days and return it within one week. We will promptly replace it with a good product at our expense.

2. We will provide you with the return address
3. Return the product
4. After checking the product, we will process the refund.

Payment Methods

*We will send the product after confirming your payment. If you would like to specify a delivery date, please make your payment well in advance.
*Information such as your account number will be sent to you by email after your order has been processed.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express)
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery

About bank transfer (prepayment)

After placing your order, please transfer the payment to the specified account (Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, Gakugeidaigaku Ekimae Branch) according to the email (order confirmation email) sent after we confirm the stock availability. Please note that the bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.


Regarding cash on delivery (cash)

Please note that a separate fee will be charged depending on the total amount of the items.
You can use Japan Post's "Yu-Pack cash on delivery" service.

Product price / 0 yen to 10,000 yen: Cash on delivery fee 324 yen Product price / 10,001 yen to 30,000 yen: Cash on delivery fee 432 yen Product price / 30,001 yen to 100,000 yen: Cash on delivery fee 648 yen

If the total amount of the products is 100,001 yen or more, payment can only be made by bank transfer or credit card.

*Please note that if you choose gift delivery, payment will be made at the recipient's address, so please do not select this option.

About vintage products

We will note any noticeable scratches, stains, or other particularly concerning conditions, but due to the nature of vintage and used products, we cannot indicate all minor scratches due to aging or use, so if you have any concerns, please contact us before placing your order. Please note that the color of the product image may differ from the actual product due to monitor settings.
