Required fees other than the product price

Free shipping for purchases over 22,000 yen. If the total is less than 22,000 yen, shipping will be a flat rate of 1,100 yen (2,200 yen to Hokkaido and Okinawa).

Product price 0 yen to 10,000 yen: Cash on delivery fee 324 yen
Product price 10,001 yen to 30,000 yen: Cash on delivery fee 432 yen
Product price 30,001 yen to 100,000 yen: Cash on delivery fee 648 yen
If the total amount of the products is 100,001 yen or more, payment will be made by bank transfer or credit card.

Payment deadline

Product delivery time

As a general rule, we will deliver your order within one week of receiving it.
If no date is specified, we will ship the same day.
If delivery takes time (due to out of stock, etc.), we will contact you in advance.
If you pay by bank transfer, we will deliver your order within approximately one week after confirming your payment.

Returns and Exchanges

As a general rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of products.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees incurred when returning or exchanging products for their own reasons.
