Glassware you'll want to use every day
Jena Glass was the first to produce heat-resistant glass in Germany in 1920. Led by Wilhelm Wagenfeld, a leading Bauhaus designer, the company introduced numerous groundbreaking industrial products. Over the years, the company discontinued these products over a decade ago, but in 2005, the molds and equipment were taken over and the Trendglass Jena company re-produced these tea glasses in Germany and Hungary. The simple form and delicate handle create a beautiful balance. The glass itself is lightweight, making it easy to hold. Taking advantage of the heat-resistant properties of this glass, it can be enjoyed year-round, with cold drinks in the summer and hot drinks in the winter. It also pairs perfectly with the same type of muddler.
