Beautiful glassware produced using pressed glass
This set includes the 5577 Sugar Bowl and 5578 Creamer, both designed in the 1950s. These beautiful pressed glassware were designed by Saara Hopea. While her career at Nuutajarvi was short, from 1952 to 1959, she created timeless, classic products, much like Kaj Franck's. The creamer's handle, in particular, features a gradual change in glass thickness from top to bottom, making it easy to hold and pour. The simple form and exquisite moss green hue create a beautifully balanced set.
